Ghosts haunt BBC's Castaway show A woman who stars in BBC's Castaway claims she is being haunted by a ghost on the remote Scottish island where the programme is being filmed. Patricia Prater, from Glasgow, says she can cope with the cold weather and isolation of the year-long survival experiment, but a spooky visitor is almost too much for her. She was in bed when she saw the apparition, according to the Sunday People. Patricia said: "I suddenly felt this blast of icy cold air and the hairs on the back of my neck stood on end. "Then a woman came into the room. But the door wasn't open - she had walked straight through it. I sat bolt upright, I was terrified. She drifted towards me, went straight through me and then out through the wall." Other islanders claim to have seen a man waving from an old-fashioned rowing boat offshore, which then vanishes.
