Newcomer Claire shown Big Brother door Claire has become the latest contestant to be evicted from the Big Brother household. The 25-year-old newcomer was shown the door after viewers overwhelmingly voted against her on the Big Brother hotline. When the result was announced, surgically-enhanced florist Claire who has had breast enlargement surgery, smiled and shouted, "Hello Mum" to the studio audience of relatives. She received 79% of the more than one million votes for eviction, with fellow nominee Craig attracting just 21% as the public cast their votes on the special voting hotline. She has become the sixth person to leave the Big Brother house. Craig's joy at 'Doing the Treble' by surviving three public eviction votes was tinged with sadness though. The Scouse builder and the surgically-enhanced new housemate had become soul-mates during the last two weeks after Claire replaced Nasty Nick, who was booted out for cheating. Earlier in the day they had enjoyed a sweaty mud-fight in the Big Brother garden, the pair wearing skimpy clothing, giggling as they writhed on the floor. All the house mates later jumped in the hot-tub and began a playful game of kissing under water. Mel looked on as Craig and Claire enjoyed nibbling each other's ears. Claire Strutton, 25, from Gerrards Cross, Bucks, and Craig were nominated after the initial choices were abandoned when a sound problem accidentally gave away Darren's choices to the rest of the group. The first nominations had resulted in Claire, Craig, Darren and Mel all being up for eviction. Darren then changed his mind in the second round and swapped his initial choice of Craig and Mel for Craig and Claire. Anna, Darren and Mel voted for Claire and Craig. Claire nominated Darren and Mel for the boot while Craig opted for Anna and Darren.
