Nichola leaves Big Brother with a grin The latest contestant to be evicted from the Big Brother household has left the the purpose-built site in east London wearing a grin and not much else. Nichola left her home of the last 36 days strutting in knee-high boots and a skimpy dress she had knitted herself for the occasion, before happily signed autographs for the waiting crowd of fans. Earlier the public had cast their votes for the hit Channel 4 show, with 72% in favour of getting rid of the shaven-headed textile artist from Bolton and 28% voting for Craig, a builder from Liverpool. When the results of the vote were announced the 28-year-old Liverpudlian, who now lives in Shropshire, sighed with relief, while flamboyant Nichola let out a loud scream. Nichola was given 90 minutes to pack her belongings and say goodbye to her housemates, before leaving for the Channel 4 studios where she told show host Davina McCall how she had no idea that her supposed friend Nick was plotting against her. She said: "I really respected the guy. They all put him on a pedestal. "What got on my nerves was that it was going on for about three weeks. I had absolutely no idea." She added that the trickster's excuses for his competitive behaviour, having come from a big family, gone to boarding school, and worked in the City, did not wash with her. However, she did concede that "he has not committed a crime, he has broken house rules with Big Brother. It is not as if he has killed anybody or done any harm to anyone". Nichola, who is famed for initiating naked body painting with clay in her first week on the programme, will be allowed to realise her dream by joining the circus for six weeks at the end of September.
