NO PHONE!! SAYS BIG BROTHER The producers of Channel 4's Big Brother have laughed off claims that Nick has a mobile phone. They are even prepared to invite an expert in to prove Nick isn't using the phone to gain any advantage. A UK newspaper claims the contestant smuggled a tiny phone into the house, set it to vibrate and receives outside help every morning at 4am. But the claims that he lies under the bedclothes and listens to his messages have not worried the programme-makers. Show spokeswoman Sarah Booth told Ananova: "We are not taking this seriously at all. All the contestants' cases were searched and they were frisked before they went in - but not strip searched! "Nobody has seen him using one and we haven't even seen him under the bedclothes. I can say categorically that Nick does not have a phone in there." She added: "Of course we would even be willing to have an expert come and test the house for transmissions. If someone did have a phone it would be against the rules."
