Big Brother tells house-mates to stop discussing eviction The Big Brother house-mates have become so obsessed by the fear of eviction that producers are having to step in to change the contestants' topics of conversation. A week after moving in, the 10 contenders vying for the £70,000 jackpot have split into rigid male and female cliques. But even these are fracturing - with father-of-three Darren retreating into a shell and forceful women Caroline and Sada emerging as likely candidates to be kicked out. Now the programme's makers are becoming so concerned at the contestants' constant speculation about who will be first to walk they have ordered them to talk about something else. A spokeswoman for the show said: "They have spent nearly all weekend talking about who is going to be thrown out, and it got to the point where they were obsessing so much about it Big Brother had to give them another topic of conversation. "The girls are now in a very definite clique, with Sada at the head, and she has been trying to get all the others to nominate a boy to go because she's worried about being selected. "But privately the girls have been talking behind her back, and Mel doesn't like her at all. She has already admitted she could come to blows with her. "The boys seem to want to get rid of either Sada or Caroline, whom Andrew has described as 'useless'." Each member of the Big Brother 'cast' will vote secretly on which of their house-mates they want evicted tonight, with the result being revealed on tomorrow night's Channel 4 highlights slot. The public will then be given two days to choose which of the two most popular choices should go - a scene which will be shown live on TV on Friday.
