After knocking back the booze at a party for successfully completing their roller-disco challenge, drunken Alex launched a withering attack on poor Jade.

The 70s disco turned to disaster when the pair clashed in the bedroom as Alex cruelly told her about backstabbing pals Kate and Jonny.

Alex then exploded, accusing the blonde of being stupid and two-faced.

He told the stunned dental nurse: "You just engage your mouth before you engage your brain Jade and I'm fed up with it. It's not about them out there - it's about that large gaping chasm in the middle of your face."

When the Essex pretty boy told her what Kate and Jonny had said Jade raced to the Diary Room to confront them.

Kate and Jonny had locked themselves in but furious Jade banged on the door to force them out.

"Can you please come and confront what you've said about me in front of Alex?" she pleaded.

At first Jonny and Kate refused to talk about it - which served only to frustrate Jade even further and she started screaming.

When they realised she was not joking Jonny and Kate joined in the row by shouting at Jade.

The feud only came to an end when Alex screamed at Jade: "Turn the light off you loud mouthed b**ch."

Alex spent the rest of the night in the bedroom with Tim leaving Jade sobbing in the garden with Jonny and Kate.

Talking later to Tim, Alex said he was pleased that he had got things off his chest - but he was worried he had made the atmosphere in the House even more tense.

"Not only now is there going to be a divide between me and Jonny and Kate, there's now a divide between Jade and me and, maybe even after this evening, Jade, Jonny and Kate," he said.

This morning things were a little quieter but Jade was clearly still reeling from the verbal onslaught of the night before.

"To be quite honest Kate, I don't like no-one no more," she told her Housemate after saying she'd had enough.

"The last thing I want to end up doing is chinning someone … I'm not violent but I can be when people annoy me."
