LOUD-MOUTHED Cockney Bubble last night lost the battle of the bores to become the latest Big Brother evictee. Bubble, real name Paul Ferguson, was edged out by fellow bore Paul Clarke after a massive public vote. Wearing what must now be his unlucky eviction hat - he has headgear for every occasion - Bubble looked lost for words at the result. Even the backing of a downmarket English tabloid couldn't save him. The ex-barman - who admitted he was only in the show for the cash - was gutted when host Davina McCall announced the 53 per cent to 47 per cent vote in Paul's favour. Paul, who has now survived three taught eviction nights, was first to console Bubble as the housemates gathered for their last goodbyes. Meanwhile, blonde hairdresser Helen Adams is terrified her man will dump her over her growing romance with housemate Paul Clarke. Survivor Paul's family said he is known as "Boomerang" because he keeps bouncing back. They claimed he and Helen were just good friends and will still be good friends when they eventually come out. But the 23-year-old is convinced geologist Gavin Cox, 30, has decided to chuck her over her flirtatious friendship with designer Paul, 25. Helen said: "Oh my God. I'm going to be single. Nothing has happened between me and Paul. We're good friends. I've never fancied him and he doesn't fancy me." Designer Paul tried to calm Helen by saying he would phone Gavin when he left and explain nothing went on. But Bubble added to her woes when he joked that strapping Gavin - nick-named Big G by Helen, would be contacting Paul first. Bubble added: "You two are the same age and you do flirt together." Earlier this month, Gavin revealed the depth of his love for Helen. He said: "I've missed Helen terribly. It's very difficult to share somebody you love with five million TV viewers. "It was very hard seeing her crying on TV just a few hundred yards from where I was sitting in the studio. "If I had to describe Helen I'd always refer to her as the most beautiful girl in the world with the personality of a bottle of fizzy pop. "Helen is the only person who calls me Big G and I call her Little H. It's a height thing - I'm a foot taller than her." Back in the Big Brother house, the group later turned their attentions to former housemate Narinder. Amma, who Narinder had often called "lazy", stormed: "She contradicted herself constantly. She speaks her mind and indirectly s**t stirs. "She disliked me. She didn't have the sense to keep her opinions quiet." Helen, who
had also clashed with Narinder, added: "She hated my guts, if looks
could kill I'd be dead. She's just bitter and twisted."
