Sugar cube builder Dean set to beat world record Big Brother's Dean looks set to become a world record holder after building the tallest sugar cube tower. The current record stands at 1m 2cm. Dean's structure measures around 1m 18cm.
The Guinness Book of Records will confirm the record later today. The housemates had been told to beat one of four world records to successfully complete their latest task. When Dean called it a day the housemates cheered and clapped. He told them that he felt good but very tired. An excited Helen said there will be a sugar statue of him erected in Birmingham.
