BIG Brother newcomer Josh Rafter went through a gay marriage with a man he co-starred with in a sex video, the Sunday People can reveal. Josh took part in the ceremony with actor Simon Weybridge. The couple, who were filmed naked in an explicit sex education video two years ago, set up home together. But handsome Josh broke Simon's heart by dumping him and flaunting a string of new lovers in front of him as they continued to live under the same roof. Josh revealed his promiscuous lifestyle to Big Brother hopeful Natasha Simpson and confessed he had taken part in orgies at gay nightclubs in London. But we can reveal the star is terrified after seeing an ex-lover die of AIDS. He is shaken too that four other friends have died of the disease. Natasha, 27, said: "He's paranoid about AIDS but he's too scared to be tested." Before Josh went wild on the capital's gay circuit, he lived with Simon for six years. They exchanged wedding vows like any straight couple. A pal of the couple told the Sunday People: "They made a commitment to each other like any other married couple and Simon thought they would always be together. "But one night Josh told Simon that their relationship was not working out. He said he still cared for him, but he no longer felt the same about him. "They decided to stay under the same roof, but Simon was distraught when Josh kept bringing these handsome young guys back to the house." The split came just six months after the couple had appeared together in a sex education video made for distribution in Ireland. The pal added: "It was very hot stuff and left nothing to the imagination, but it was supposed to be aimed at promoting safe sex. It might have been educational, but it would make your hair curl." Natasha Simpson, who took part in the Big Brother selection process in Portugal with Josh, says he confessed to her: "One of my boyfriends died of AIDS. But I havem't had a test because I'm too scared." Natasha says: "His friends who died of AIDS were all the same age as him which makes it even more tragic. "I was shocked when he blurted it out to me. He really misses them and is totally cut up about it. "But that's not his only worry. He is totally paranoid about his promiscuous lifestyle too. Josh told me he is well- behaved when he's in a relationship but he's incredibly bad when he's single because he loves playing the field. "He even confessed to having wild sex sessions up on stage in night clubs. He told me he's had so many lovers he's lost count. "His wild lifestyle coupled with the death of his mates has got him totally freaked." Natasha, a model, admitted she fancied Josh and the pair flirted outrageously with each other. She said: "I tried my best to convert him even though he told me he was gay. It didn't stop me from trying." Ex-rave promoter Josh, who runs a housing bureau for gays called Outlet, is favourite with bookmakers William Hill to win the pounds 70,000 Big Brother prize. Natasha, who's now hoping to carve out a career as a children's TV presenter, said: "No-one can stop him from winning it now. The only regret I have is that I didn't get to spend more time locked up with him."
