The jailbird ex-lover of Big Brother dimbo Helen Adams revealed last night how she enjoyed wild sex romps in her school uniform.

Vicious thug Mark Gretton - who was convicted of GBH after nearly beating a man to death - said Helen, 23, loved to have sex in the woods near her school during her lunch break.

And he also told how the teenage disco champ used to drive him wild with X-rated private dance shows.

Lifting the lid on the saucy exploits of the dumb blonde who has just been nominated for the axe by her housemates, Mark, 24, said: "Helen was an incredibly sexy girl with a fantastic body and she wasn't afraid to show it off.

"We used to make love wherever we could. She especially liked doing it outdoors and loved to keep her school uniform on because it turned her on."

Millions of viewers have been entertained and irritated in equal measure by hairdresser Helen's antics in the Big Brother house. She tries to present a naive, squeaky-clean image but last week she performed a sexy dance which ended in her doing the splits.

But Mark says this was very tame compared to what she used to get up to with him. He revealed how Helen:

-TEASED him with her erotic dirty dancing routines;

-LOVED running the risk they might get caught when having sex outside;

-STOOD by him when he was locked up for a savage gang attack on a man;

-VISITED him behind bars wearing no undies.

He said: "Though she looks blonde and busty, she comes across on Big Brother as a bit naive. But that couldn't be further from the truth.

"She knows EXACTLY what she likes - and that's lots of good sex."

Warehouseman Mark first started dating Helen when they were teenagers at St Julienne's High School in Newport, Gwent. And it wasn't long before they were having passionate sex.

Mark said: "One day we were at my house and my mum and dad were busy in the kitchen preparing Sunday lunch. We were kissing and cuddling and it all got out of hand in the lounge. We just couldn't stop ourselves but we had to be quick.

"Looking back, it was hilarious and I don't think my parents had any idea. Over lunch Helen was giving me a lot of funny smiles. It was our little secret."

After that first brief session, Helen couldn't wait to make love again...and again. Mark said: "She may have been inexperienced but she more than made up for it with her enthusiasm.

"Because we were both living at home, we had to take our opportunities wherever we could find them.

Once we decided to meet up at lunchtime in some woods near our school. "There were a lot of people around but I think that was part of the excitement for Helen. She was very sensual and needed a lot of loving."

Mark particularly enjoyed the Saturday nights the couple used to spend in his bedroom. He said: "Helen loved dancing. She used to win competitions for it. Those people in the house haven't seen just how how raunchy she can be.

"She would put on this fast dance music and start showing me all her steps. The longer the dance went on, the more sexy she got. She'd slip off her clothes as the beat got faster.

"After about 20 minutes it all got too much and we would end up making love on the floor."

On Sunday walks in the beautiful Welsh countryside around their homes, Helen again revealed her liking for outdoor sex.

Mark said: "She loved to let herself go and was not at all embarrassed about the fact that we might be caught. We had a wonderful time together during those first few months."

But the ideal romance, which Mark thought might end in marriage, veered disastrously off course after he got involved in a vicious drunken fight at a party.

He and two friends inflicted a terrible bloody beating on a man who was left unconscious and close to death in the road. The victim had to be put on a life support machine and suffered severe face and head injuries.

Mark was sentenced to two years at a youth detention centre for the vicious attack. Despite her horror at what he had done, Helen stood by him and often went to visit him at the centre in Dorset.

Mark said: "It was a very low time for me and the thing that kept me going most of all was the thought of Helen.

She gave me loads of pictures of herself in her dancing gear and wrote to me every other day, telling me what she had been doing and how she was.

"It was very difficult for us because we had enjoyed such a strong physical relationship and then it all suddenly stopped. But we kissed and cuddled in the visiting room.

"Once I wrote to her saying I wanted her to visit me wearing a sexy bra and no knickers. She agreed and it was fantastic. It was exactly the sort of behaviour that got her accepted for Big Brother. The worst thing was seeing her and wanting her but not being able to do anything about it and she felt the same way."

After Mark was released, he and Helen found it difficult to pick up from where they had left off.

Mark said: "The sex was still good but I think she had moved on in her life and my prospects didn't look too great with a criminal conviction.

He said: "After five months Helen told me that it was all over. I was devastated. I discovered she had been seeing an older man who had plenty of money and a flash car. I couldn't compete with that."

Helen is now dating engineering firm sales consultant Gavin Cox, 30.

But Mark insists he is not bitter about their break-up it and wishes Helen all the best in Big Brother.

He said: "I have great respect for her and her family and I'll never forget the good times we had.

"I hope she goes on and wins Big Brother. That would be fantastic."
